Appropriates $80,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Healthcare and Family Services for the purpose of increasing provider reimbursement rates for dental services. Effective July 1, 2008.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $80,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Healthcare and Family Services for the purpose of increasing provider reimbursement rates for dental services equal to 64% of providing the average cost of those services.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2008.
