| AN ACT concerning regulation.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Illinois Optometric Practice Act of 1987 is |
| 5 |
| amended by changing Section 4 as follows:
|
| 6 |

| Sec. 4. No person shall practice, or attempt to practice, |
