AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2692

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2692 by replacing

everything after the enacting clause with the following:

    "Section 5. The Eminent Domain Act is amended  by adding 
5
Section 25-5-15 as follows:

    (735 ILCS 30/25-5-15  new)
7
    Sec. 25-5-15. Quick-take; City of Champaign. Quick-take 
8
proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of no 
9
more than one year after the effective date of this amendatory 
10
Act of the 95th General Assembly by the City of Champaign for 
11
the acquisition of the following properties for the purpose of 
12
drainage and other improvements related to the Boneyard Creek 
13
Project, including right of way, permanent easements, and 
14
temporary easements:

    Parcel A - (PIN 46-21-07-351-014) 112 East Clark Street
