    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Illinois Insurance Code is amended  by adding

Section 143.13a as follows:

    (215 ILCS 5/143.13a  new)

    Sec. 143.13a. Coverage for permitted drivers. Any policy of 
8
automobile insurance must provide the same amount of coverage 
9
for any permitted driver.
