AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 391

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 391 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

    “Section 5.  The amount of $3,500,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the State Board of Education for the Grow Your Own Teacher Education Initiative.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2010.”.
