SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
In addition to any other amounts appropriated for this purpose, appropriates $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for the purpose of providing shelter and transitional housing and employment assistance for homeless youth. Effective July 1, 2009.

AN ACT making appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. In addition to any other amounts appropriated for this purpose, the sum of $1,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for the purpose of providing shelter and transitional housing and employment assistance for homeless youth.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2009.
