SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Board of Higher Education for distribution as grants for Cooperative Work Study Programs to institutions of higher education, in addition to all other amounts appropriated for these purposes. Effective July 1, 2009.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. In addition to all other amounts appropriated for these purposes, the amount of $1,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Board of Higher Education for distribution as grants for Cooperative Work Study Programs to institutions of higher education.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2009.
