SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $2,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Natural Resources for a grant to the Fox Waterway Agency to be used only for a revolving loan program to lend money to property owners for purposes of shoreline restoration and other waterway improvements. Effective July 1, 2010.

AN ACT making appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $2,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Natural Resources for a grant to the Fox Waterway Agency to be used only for a revolving loan program to lend money to property owners for purposes of shoreline restoration and other waterway improvements.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2010.
