Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Board of Trustees of Western Illinois University for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2010, as follows:

Other State Funds                $    10,000

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

 

ARTICLE 1

 

    Section 5.  The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated to the Board of the Trustees of Western Illinois University to meet ordinary and contingent expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2011:

Payable from the General Revenue Fund:

  For Personal Services, including payment

    to the university for personal services

    costs incurred during the fiscal year

    and salaries accrued but unpaid to academic

    personnel for personal services rendered

    during the academic year 2010-2011.......... 52,765,300

  For State Contributions to Social

    Security, for Medicare......................... 421,900

  For Group Insurance............................ 1,636,000

  For Contractual Services......................... 937,600

  For Commodities.................................. 187,500

  For Equipment.................................... 187,500

  For Telecommunications Services................... 46,900

    Total                                       $56,182,700

 

    Section 10.  The amount of $10,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the State College and University Trust Fund to the Board of Trustees of Western Illinois University for scholarship grant awards from the sale of collegiate license plates.

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2010.
