Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Law Enforcement Training Standards Board for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2010, as follows:

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

ARTICLE 1

    Section 5.  The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated to meet the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Law Enforcement Training Standards Board:

Payable from the Traffic and Criminal

 Conviction Surcharge Fund:

  For State Contributions to State

   Employees' Retirement System.................... 468,200

  For State Contributions to

   Social Security................................. 118,400

  For Group Insurance.............................. 362,500

  For Contractual Services......................... 325,500

  For Printing....................................... 5,000

  For Equipment..................................... 40,000

  For Electronic Data Processing.................... 68,800

  For Telecommunications Services................... 34,900

  For Operation of Auto Equipment................... 22,000

   related to the administration of

   investigations pursuant to P.A. 93-0655........... 5,000

   related to installing video cameras

   in law enforcement vehicles and

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2010.
