SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

 

Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Guardianship and Advocacy Commission for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2010, as follows:

General Funds                     $ 9,897,100

Other State Funds                $   187,700

Total                             $10,084,800

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

 

ARTICLE 1

 

    Section 5.  The following named sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Guardianship and Advocacy Commission for the purposes hereinafter named:

  For Personal Services.......................... 8,341,000

  For State Contributions to

   Social Security................................. 638,100

  For Contractual Services......................... 354,200

  For Travel....................................... 175,000

  For Commodities................................... 11,700

  For Printing...................................... 13,000

  For Equipment..................................... 26,000

  For Electronic Data Processing.................... 45,500

  For Telecommunications Services.................. 277,600

  For Operation of Auto Equipment................... 15,000

    Total                                        $9,897,100

 

    Section 10.  The sum of $187,700, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Guardianship and Advocacy Fund to the Guardianship and Advocacy Commission for services pursuant to Section 5 of the Guardianship and Advocacy Act.

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2010.
