SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Board of the Comprehensive Health Insurance Plan for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2010, as follows:

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

ARTICLE 1

Section 5.  The sum of $25,164,500, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund for payment to the Board of the Comprehensive Health Insurance Plan pursuant to subsection (b) of Section 12 of the Comprehensive Health Insurance Plan Act.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2010.
