| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The State Mandates Act is amended by changing |
| 5 |
| Section 1 as follows:
|

| Sec. 1. Short Title. This Act may be cited as the the State |

| Mandates Act.

| Section 10. The Nursing Home Care Act is amended by |

| changing Section 1-101 as follows:

This Act shall be known and may be cited as the |
