| AN ACT concerning employment.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|

| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Personnel Record Review Act is amended by |
| 5 |
| changing Section 11 as follows:
|
| 6 |
| (820 ILCS 40/11) (from Ch. 48, par. 2011)
|

| Sec. 11.
This Act shall not be construed to diminish a |
| 8 |
| right of access
to records already otherwise provided by law, |
| 9 |
| provided that disclosure of performance evaluations under the |
| 10 |
| Freedom of Information Act shall be prohibited.

| Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
