| 5 | inserting ", but not limited to,"; and

| 6 | page 3, by replacing lines 9 through 22 with the following: | ||||||
| 7 | "and Family Services, as well as representatives of the | ||||||
| 8 | organizations that serve, as of the effective date of this | ||||||
| 9 | amendatory Act of the 96th General Assembly, on the Illinois | ||||||
| 10 | Adoption Registry Advisory Council or the Confidential | ||||||
| 11 | Intermediary Advisory Council. On and after the effective | ||||||
| 12 | date".
