    AN ACT concerning criminal law.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 
3
represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Ticket Sale and Resale Act is amended by 
5
changing Section 4 as follows:

    Sec. 4. 
Nothing contained in this Act was ever intended to 
8
prohibit nor
shall ever be deemed to prohibit a ticket seller, 
9
with consent of the
the sponsor
of such baseball game, football 
10
game, hockey game, theatre entertainment
or other amusement, 
11
from collecting a reasonable service charge, in addition
to the 
12
printed box office ticket price, from a ticket purchaser in 
13
return
for service actually rendered.
