    AN ACT concerning civil law.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Mobile Home Landlord and Tenant Rights Act 
5
is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

    Sec. 1. Applicability. This Act shall regulate and
and 
8
determine legal rights,
remedies and obligations of the parties 
9
to any lease of a mobile home or
mobile home lot in a mobile 
10
home park containing five or more mobile homes
within this 
11
State.  Any lease, written or oral, shall be unenforceable 
12
insofar
as any provision thereof conflicts with any provision 
13
of this Act.
