| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2538 on page 4, by | ||||||
| 3 | replacing lines 1 through 5 with the following: | ||||||
| 4 | "1, 2011 2004, a community college district must maintain a
| ||||||
| 5 | minimum required combined in-district tuition and universal
| ||||||
| 6 | fee rate per semester credit hour equal to 85% of the
| ||||||
| 7 | State-average combined rate, as determined by the State Board,
| ||||||
| 8 | the total revenue received by a community college district".
