| SENATE RESOLUTION
|

| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 |
| learn of the death of Lucille M. Deihl of Girard, who passed |
| 4 |
| away on December 15, 2009; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, She was born August 20, 1924, in Pawnee, the |
| 6 |
| daughter of Russell and Hettie (Abney) White; she married Ray |
| 7 |
| Deihl on October 24, 1948, in Pawnee; and
|
| 8 |
| WHEREAS, Lucille was a member of the Girard United |
| 9 |
| Methodist Church and the OES Palmyra Chapter 453; and
|
| 10 |
| WHEREAS, She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray; her |
| 11 |
| sisters, Marjorie Abernathy and Doris White; and her brother, |
| 12 |
| Harold White; and
|
| 13 |
| WHEREAS, Lucille is survived by her son, Kenneth R. (Janice |
| 14 |
| M.) Deihl; her daughter, Nancy A. (Ronnie G.) Bouillon; her |
| 15 |
| grandchildren, Anson, Kent, and Anna Bouillon and Matthew and |
| 16 |
| Jenny Deihl; her sister, Joann (Dean) Chasteen; and her several |
| 17 |
| nieces and nephews; therefore, be it

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL |

| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |

| her family and friends, the passing of Lucille Deihl; and be it |
