Centers for Independent Living $6,600,000
Effective July 1, 2011.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The following amounts, or so much of those amounts as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes named, are appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2011:
Centers for Independent Living...................$6,600,000
Home Services Program..........................$616,800,000
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2011.
