| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 287 as follows:

| 3 | on page 1, lines 4 and 5, by replacing "Sections 10-20.9a and | ||||||
| 4 | 14-16.01" with "Section 10-20.9a"; and | ||||||
| 5 | on page 3, lines 16 and 17, by deleting "or due to the student | ||||||
| 6 | having an undiagnosed learning disability"; and | ||||||
| 7 | on page 3, immediately below line 17, by inserting the | ||||||
| 8 | following: | ||||||
| 9 | "(c) Any student information disclosed under this Section | ||||||
| 10 | is subject to the provisions of the Illinois School Student | ||||||
| 11 | Records Act."; and
| ||||||
| 12 | on page 3, by deleting lines 18 through 25; and | ||||||
| 13 | by deleting pages 4 through 6; and | ||||||

| 1 | on page 7, by deleting lines 1 through 14; and | ||||||
| 2 | on page 8, lines 11 and 12, by deleting "or due to the student | ||||||
