14on page 16, line 22, by replacing "Department" with "Department

16on page 21, by replacing line 14 with the following:
17    "categories.
18    (d) This Section shall be interpreted in a manner
19consistent with the interim final regulations promulgated by
20the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services at 75 FR 5410,

1including the prohibition against applying a cumulative
2financial requirement or cumulative quantitative treatment
3limitation for mental, emotional, nervous, or substance use
4disorder benefits that accumulates separately from any
5cumulative financial requirement or cumulative quantitative
6treatment limitation established for hospital and medical
7benefits in the same classification.
8    (e) The provisions of subsections (b) and (c) of this
9Section shall not be interpreted to allow the use of lifetime
10or annual limits otherwise prohibited by State or federal
11law."; and
 
12on page 21, line 15, by replacing "(d)" with "(f)".
