| 5 | the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services at 75 FR 5410, | ||||||
| 6 | including the prohibition against applying a cumulative | ||||||
| 7 | financial requirement or cumulative quantitative treatment | ||||||
| 8 | limitation for mental, emotional, nervous, or substance use | ||||||
| 9 | disorder benefits that accumulates separately from any | ||||||
| 10 | cumulative financial requirement or cumulative quantitative | ||||||
| 11 | treatment limitation established for hospital and medical | ||||||
| 12 | benefits in the same classification. | ||||||
| 13 | (e) The provisions of subsections (b) and (c) of this | ||||||
| 14 | Section shall not be interpreted to allow the use of lifetime | ||||||
| 15 | or annual limits otherwise prohibited by State or federal | ||||||
| 16 | law."; and
| ||||||
| 17 | on page 21, line 15, by replacing "(d)" with "(f)".
