3    (d) This Section shall be interpreted in a manner
4consistent with the interim final regulations promulgated by
5the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services at 75 FR 5410,
6including the prohibition against applying a cumulative
7financial requirement or cumulative quantitative treatment
8limitation for mental, emotional, nervous, or substance use
9disorder benefits that accumulates separately from any
10cumulative financial requirement or cumulative quantitative
11treatment limitation established for hospital and medical
12benefits in the same classification.
13    (e) The provisions of subsections (b) and (c) of this
14Section shall not be interpreted to allow the use of lifetime
15or annual limits otherwise prohibited by State or federal
16law."; and
 
17on page 21, line 15, by replacing "(d)" with "(f)".
