| 5 | on page 1, by replacing line 5 with "Sections 2-107 and 8-306 | ||||||
| 6 | as follows:"; and

| 7 | on page 2, by replacing lines 9 through 22 with "Commission or | ||||||
| 8 | before the Commission. In the case of a water utility, (i) the | ||||||
| 9 | comments received through the toll-free telephone number shall | ||||||
| 10 | be transcribed and placed on the Commission's electronic | ||||||
| 11 | docketing system for review by all parties, and the Commission | ||||||
| 12 | shall notify all of the parties of the transcript's | ||||||
| 13 | availability; (ii) both the transcript of the telephone | ||||||
| 14 | comments and all comments received directly on the website | ||||||
| 15 | shall become part of the record for decision; and (iii) the | ||||||
| 16 | comments and suggestions received through both venues shall be | ||||||
