| 3 | on page 3, line 1, by deleting "and"; and

| 4 | on page 3, line 5, by replacing "staff." with "staff; and"; and

| 5 | on page 3, immediately below line 5, by inserting the | ||||||
| 6 | following: | ||||||

"(iv) whether and how the bilingual parent advisory | ||||||
| 8 | committees within school districts can be supported in | ||||||
| 9 | order to increase the opportunities for parents to | ||||||
| 10 | effectively express their views concerning the planning, | ||||||
| 11 | operation, and evaluation of bilingual education | ||||||
| 12 | programs.".
