| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The School Code is amended by changing Section |

director or other person entrusted with the

of any county, |
| 12 | | township, district or school converts such funds, or any

| 13 | | thereof, to his own use he shall be guilty of a Class A |
| 14 | | misdemeanor. |
