3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.

4 2, as follows:

5 on page 18, by replacing line 4 with the following:

6 "Assembly. The requirements or limitations set forth in

7 subsections (b-1), (b-5), (b-10), (c-5), and (d-5) do not apply

8 to the enforcement of any order or judgment resulting from an

9 adjudication of a municipal ordinance violation that is subject

10 to Supreme Court Rules 570 through 579, or from an

11 administrative adjudication of such an ordinance violation.";

12 and

13 on page 19, immediately below line 6, by inserting the

14 following:

15 "(f) The requirements or limitations of this Section do not

16 apply to the enforcement of any order or judgment resulting
