| 5 | on page 72, by replacing lines 6 through 20 with "members | ||||||
| 6 | appointed by the Governor, 4 of whom are appointed to serve an | ||||||
| 7 | initial term of one year and 4 of whom are appointed to serve | ||||||
| 8 | an initial term of 2 years with one being designated as chair | ||||||
| 9 | of the Board at the time of appointment. The members of the | ||||||
| 10 | Board shall reflect the
composition of the Illinois population | ||||||
| 11 | with regard to ethnic and racial composition.".
