| 1 | AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 745

| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 745 on page 2, by | ||||||
| 3 | replacing lines 5 through 11, with the following:

| 4 | "alcohol is prohibited. A licensed fraternal establishment or | ||||||
| 5 | licensed veterans establishment
that does not hold a liquor | ||||||
| 6 | license may operate video gaming terminals
if (i) the | ||||||
| 7 | establishment is located in a municipality within a county with | ||||||
| 8 | a population
between 8,500 and 9,000 based on the 2000 U.S. | ||||||
| 9 | Census and (ii) the
municipality or county prohibits or limits | ||||||
| 10 | the sale of alcohol by ordinance in a way
that prohibits the | ||||||
| 11 | establishment from selling alcohol.".
