AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1932 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1932 as follows:


 
3on page 3, line 2, by replacing "2010-2011" with "2011-2012"; 
4and
 
5on page 5, line 4, after "Choice Program", by inserting ", a 
6pilot program that shall expire on June 30, 2020"; and
 
7on page 7, line 4, by deleting "not be required to"; and
 
8on page 7, lines 5 and 6, by replacing "but neither shall they" 
9with "and may not"; and
 
10on page 8, by replacing lines 3 through 12 with the following:

11"the lesser of (i) $3,800 or (ii) the actual"; and
 
12on page 11, immediately below line 8, by inserting the

1following:
 
2    "Section 100.  Expiration.  This Act is repealed on July 1, 
32020."; and
 
4on page 136, by replacing lines 8 through 11 with the 
5following:

6"choice voucher program.  The adjustment shall be (a) $3,800 if 
7the students"; and

 
8on page 136, by replacing lines 13 through 16 with the 
9following:

10"been enrolled in the district, less (b) $3,800 excluding 
11students".
