| 1 | AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1992

| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1992 on page 4, | ||||||
| 3 | immediately below line 24, by inserting the following:

| 4 | "(f) The legislative branch shall be responsible for | ||||||
| 5 | verifying the accuracy of the data submitted under paragraph | ||||||
| 6 | (1) of subsection (c) with regard to members of the General | ||||||
| 7 | Assembly and State employees of the legislative branch. The | ||||||
| 8 | judicial branch shall be responsible for verifying the accuracy | ||||||
| 9 | of the data submitted under paragraph (1) of subsection (c) | ||||||
| 10 | with regard to State employees of the judicial branch. | ||||||
| 11 | (g) The changes made to this Section by this amendatory Act | ||||||
| 12 | of the 97th General Assembly are subject to appropriation.".
