| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3415 as follows:

| 3 | on page 2, line 2, after "receive", by inserting "data | ||||||
| 4 | associated with"; and
| ||||||
| 5 | on page 2, lines 2 and 3, by replacing "annual statistical | ||||||
| 6 | compilations of" with "annual statistical compilations of"; | ||||||
| 7 | and | ||||||
| 8 | on page 2, line 4, after "Police", by inserting "in a form and | ||||||
| 9 | manner agreed to by both agencies"; and
| ||||||
| 10 | on page 5, lines 4 and 5, by replacing "an annual statistical | ||||||
| 11 | compilation and related" with "an annual statistical | ||||||
| 12 | compilation and related"; and | ||||||
| 13 | on page 5, by replacing lines 7 through 9 with the following: | ||||||
