| 5 | on page 9, by replacing lines 5 through 9 with the following: | ||||||
| 6 | "(b) The Fund is a continuation of the Violence Prevention | ||||||
| 7 | Fund, which was created under Section 20 of the Illinois | ||||||
| 8 | Violence Prevention Act and repealed by this amendatory Act of | ||||||
| 9 | the 97th General Assembly."; and | ||||||
| 10 | by deleting line 22 on page 9 through line 5 on page 10; and | ||||||
| 11 | on page 10, immediately above line 6, by inserting the | ||||||
| 12 | following: | ||||||
| 13 | "Section 20. The State Finance Act is amended by changing | ||||||
| 14 | Section 5.424 as follows:
