SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Richard "Rick" Allen Risinger, formerly
4of O'Fallon, who passed away on November 18, 2011; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Richard Risinger was born on October 24, 1957, in
6Flint, Michigan; and
 
7    WHEREAS, Richard Risinger was a proud veteran of the United
8States Navy; and
 
9    WHEREAS, Richard Risinger was a longtime employee of Bethel
10Eckert in Collinsville; and
 
11    WHEREAS, Richard Risinger enjoyed spending time with his
12family and friends; and
 
13    WHEREAS, Richard Risinger was preceded in death by his
14mother, Irene (Daddy Bob) Haught; his nephew, Jeffrey Holcomb;
15his niece, Julie Jones; his father-in-law, Marshall McCane Sr.;
16and his sister-in-law, Cindy McCane; and
 
17    WHEREAS, Richard Risinger is survived by his loving wife,
18Amy Risinger; his children, Courtney Risinger, Jennifer
19(Christian) Charlebois, Matthew Risinger, and Ricky Slogan;

1his grandchildren, Allie and Elizabeth; his siblings, Gary
2(Donnie) Risinger, Dennis (Cindy) Risinger, Larry (Iretha)
3Holcomb, Karen (Larry) Beliew, and Hershall (Brenda) Holcomb;
4his mother-in-law, Norma McCane; his brothers-in-law, Billy
5(Dawn) McCane, Marshall (Tammy) McCane, and Lori (Jack) Clark;
6his dear friend, Jerry (Patricia) Parnell; and his many loving
7nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends; therefore, be it
 
8    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL
9ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
10his family and friends, the passing of Richard "Rick" Allen
11Risinger; and be it further
 
12    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
13presented to the family of Richard Risinger as an expression of
14our sympathy.
