Appropriates $93,470,200 from the Education Assistance Fund to the Board of Trustees of Northern Illinois University to meet its operational expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2014.  Effective July 1, 2013.

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The amount of $93,470,200, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Education Assistance Fund to the Board of Trustees of Northern Illinois University to meet its operational expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2014.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2013.
