AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 6053

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 6053, by deleting everything after the enacting clause and inserting the following:

“ARTICLE 1

    Section 5.  The sum of $10,591,200, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Guardianship and Advocacy Commission for operational expenses of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2015.

    Section 10.  The sum of $700,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Guardianship and Advocacy Fund to the Guardianship and Advocacy Commission for services pursuant to Section 5 of the Guardianship and Advocacy Act.

ARTICLE 99

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2014.".
