| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Wildlife Code is amended by changing Section |
| 5 | | 1.2j-1 as follows:

| 6 | | (520 ILCS 5/1.2j-1) |
| 7 | | Sec. 1.2j-1. "Bow and arrow" means a longbow, recurve bow, |
| 8 | | compound bow, or crossbow, or other archery device that pulls |
| 9 | | 40 pounds within a 28 inch draw.
