| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Election Code is amended by changing Section |

The
The expense of conducting each primary, |

diem of judges, furnishing, warming, lighting |

manner, and by the same |

17-30 through |
