10 | | Members of the Task Force shall serve without compensation. |
11 | | (b) The Department of Human Services' Division of |
12 | | Alcoholism and Substance Abuse shall provide administrative |
13 | | and other support to the Task Force. |
14 | | (c) The Task Force shall conduct a study on the heroin use |
15 | | problem in high schools and suggest programs for high schools |
16 | | to use to address the problem, which programs may involve local |
17 | | law enforcement agencies. |
18 | | (d) On or before June 30, 2014, the Task Force shall report |
19 | | its findings and recommendations to the General Assembly, by |
20 | | filing copies of its report as provided in Section 3.1 of the |
21 | | General Assembly Organization Act, and to the Governor. |
22 | | (e) The Task Force is abolished and this Section is |
23 | | repealed on July 1, 2014.

24 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
25 | | becoming law.".
