| 5 | on page 1, line 17, after "for", by inserting "a period of"; | ||||||

| 7 | on page 2, line 1, after "period." by inserting "Upon receipt | ||||||
| 8 | of evidence of the criminal activity by the local liquor | ||||||
| 9 | control commissioner, the name of the licensee and the address | ||||||
| 10 | of the licensed premises where the criminal activity is alleged | ||||||
| 11 | to have occurred may be submitted by the local liquor control | ||||||
| 12 | commissioner to the State Commission. If such information is | ||||||
| 13 | received by the State Commission, then the State Commission | ||||||
| 14 | must post that information in each of its offices in places | ||||||
| 15 | available for public inspection not later than the day | ||||||
| 16 | following the State Commission's receipt of the information."; | ||||||
