| 4 | | Section 5. The Mobile Home Landlord and Tenant Rights Act |
| 5 | | is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

| 11 | | State. Any lease, written or oral, shall be unenforceable |
| 12 | | insofar
as any provision thereof conflicts with any provision |
| 13 | | of this Act. |
