| 7 | | House Veterans' Affairs Committee shall monitor the |
| 8 | | preparations of such protocol and periodically make reports to |
| 9 | | the House of Representatives, the Office of the Governor, the |
| 10 | | director of the Department of Healthcare and Family Services, |
| 11 | | and the director of the Department of Veterans' Affairs not |
| 12 | | later than March 1, 2014.". |
