    Amends the Code of Civil Procedure. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning a judgment entered against a person in his or her representative capacity.

1    AN ACT concerning civil law.
 
2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
 
4    Section 5. The Code of Civil Procedure is amended by
5changing Section 12-103 as follows:
 
6    (735 ILCS 5/12-103)  (from Ch. 110, par. 12-103)
7    Sec. 12-103. Representative capacity. A judgment entered
8against a person not as a result of a contract made by him or
9her or a tort committed by him or her but solely because he or
10she is the the holder of title to property as receiver, trustee
11of a specifically identified trust, representative as defined
12in Section 1-2.11 of the Probate Act of 1975, or in any other
13fiduciary capacity, shall be enforced only against property
14held in the particular representative capacity, but no judgment
15shall be enforced against nor shall the judgment constitute a
16lien upon, other property owned by such person, whether
17individually or in some other designated identifiable
18representative capacity.
