Amends the Wildlife Code. Defines "bow and arrow" to mean a weapon consisting of arrows and the bow to shoot the arrow or a weapon consisting of an arrow and a sling shot to shoot the arrow, but does not include a crossbow. Effective immediately.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Wildlife Code is amended by adding Section |
| 5 | | 1.2aa as follows:

| 6 | | (520 ILCS 5/1.2aa new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 1.2aa. Bow and arrow. "Bow and arrow" means a weapon |
