2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3509 by replacing 
3everything after the enacting clause with the following:

 
4    "Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended  by 
5changing Section 1-100 as follows:

7    Sec. 1-100. Short Title. This Act may be cited as the the

8Illinois Vehicle Code.
