SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Frank Hnilo, who passed away on April 13,
42013; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Frank Hnilo earned his bachelor's degree in
6business/accounting emphasis from Roosevelt University; and
 
7    WHEREAS, Frank Hnilo served as a certified public
8accountant and a certified divorce financial analyst since
91968; in 1974, he co-founded DiGiovine Hnilo Jordan + Johnson
10Ltd., a CPA/business consulting firm; he began serving as the
11firm's president and managing principal in July of 1992; and
 
12    WHEREAS, Frank Hnilo was an active member of the Rotary
13Club of Naperville since 1976; he was a member of many
14professional associations, boards, and not-for-profits,
15including the AICPA, the Illinois CPA Society, the Financial
16Planning Association, the Tax and Personal Financial Planning
17Divisions of AICPA, and the Institute for Certified Divorce
18Financial Analysts; he was also a past treasurer of the
19Association of Divorce Financial Professionals, a past
20president of the Rotary Club of Naperville, a past treasurer of
21Naperville Rotary Charities, and a past treasurer of the
22Naperville Education Foundation; therefore, be it

1    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL
2ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
3his family and friends, the passing of Frank Hnilo; and be it
4further
 
5    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
6presented to the family of Frank Hnilo as an expression of our
7sympathy.
