SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Frank T. Fox of Aurora, who passed away
4on December 14, 2013; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Frank Fox was born on January 8, 1942 in Chicago;
6his parents were Louis and June (nee Richards) Fox and he was
7raised by his grandmother, Hazel Martin Crowley, and his aunt,
8Cecile Richards Desanto; he married Katy Heitkotter on February
92, 1963; and
 
10    WHEREAS, Frank Fox attended Phil Sheridan Grammar School,
11Bowen High School, and Lakeview High School before graduating
12from Berkeley High School in 1960; he also attended Oakland
13City College for one year and earned an Advanced Degree from
14the American Institute of Banking in 1972; and
 
15    WHEREAS, Frank Fox was employed with various companies
16throughout his life, including Merchants National Bank, Thor
17Power Tool, St. Charles National Bank, Bank of Montgomery,
18North Aurora Crest, District 129, and Jewel Osco; and
 
19    WHEREAS, Frank Fox was a member and past president of the
20Aurora Dinner Optimist Club; and

1    WHEREAS, Frank Fox was preceded in death by his parents;
2his beloved wife of 43 years, Katy; and several close
3relatives; and
 
4    WHEREAS, Frank Fox is survived by his loving daughter,
5Karen; his son-in-law, Jim Bozarth; his cousin, Nancy Skeldon;
6his dear nieces and nephews, Tom (Kathy) Richards, Debbie
7Angello, Robin (Larry) Nelson, Mimi (Jeff) Steinwart, and Chip
8(Stefene) Richards; his Godchild, Amy Richards; his many
9great-nieces and great-nephews; his daughters of the heart,
10Caren (Chris) Arrocena, Debbie (Doug) Englin, and Susan (Phil 2
11PP's) Pellerito; and his special friends, Ernie Rowcliffe and
12Dale and Bette Christenson; therefore, be it
 
13    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL
14ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his
15family and friends, mourn the passing of Frank T. Fox; and be
16it further
 
17    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
18presented to the family of Frank Fox as an expression of our
19sympathy.
