AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated to the Department of Human Services for income assistance and related distributive purposes, including such federal funds as are made available by the federal government, for the objects and purposes hereinafter named:

Payable from the General Revenue Fund:
For the Child Care Assistance Program..... $514,000,000
Payable from the Department of Human Services' Special Purposes Trust Fund:
For Grants Associated with Child Care Services,
including operation, administrative, and
prior year costs.......................... $197,535,400
Payable from the Employment and Training Fund:
For grants associated with employment
and training programs, income assistance,
and other social services, including operating,
administrative, and prior year
costs..................................... $485,000,000
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2015.
