AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Department on Aging:

Payable from the General Revenue Fund:
For grants and for administrative expenses associated with the purchase of services covered by the Community Care Program, including prior year costs.............................. $806,500,000
For grants and for administrative expenses associated with Capitated Care Coordination................... $167,000,000
For grants and for administrative expenses associated with Comprehensive Case Coordination, including prior year costs $62,600,000
For grants and for administrative expenses associated with Community Transition
and System Rebalancing......................... $32,496,400
Total..................................... $1,068,596,400
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2015.
