SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates to the Department of Human Services for Grants-In-Aid and Purchased Care in its various regions under the Community Services Act and Community Mental Health Act: (1) $27,000,000 for psychiatric leadership capacity grants; (2) $3,600,000 for eligibility and disposition assessment services; and (3) $5,500,000 for community hospital inpatient services. Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated to the Department of Human Services for Grants-In-Aid and Purchased Care in its various regions under Sections 3 and 4 of the Community Services Act and the Community Mental Health Act:
DIVISION OF MENTAL HEALTH
Payable from the General Revenue Fund:
For psychiatric leadership capacity grants... $27,000,000
For eligibility and disposition
assessment services......................... $3,600,000
For community hospital inpatient services..... $5,500,000
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
